I'll Grant you that, most jarred sauce is too sweet.
Just used this on some wings. First time doing them in the air fryer. Used basic bitch Walmart wing seasoning. They turned out awesome.I tossed them in some olive oil and Texan bbq rub that I had. Cooked at 400 for 10 minutes, then turned the wings over and cooked another 10 mins at 400. They were crazy good.
I guess I wasn't prepared for how bony they would be. If we try them again I guess I need to filet the bones out like a fish. Not sure I have the balls to ever cook eel at home, but what was the issue with it?

Either way, props on even trying to cook eel. I wouldn’t know where to start.I guess I wasn't prepared for how bony they would be. If we try them again I guess I need to filet the bones out like a fish.
Next time, peel it, clean it. Soak it in buttermilk for 2 hours.
Then throw it all in the trash.
My grandmother used to say a similar thing for cooking a goose—boil it for 2 hours and throw it in the trash.
