You get a like for using lamb so it actually is Shepherd's pie and not Cottage Pie. But i think you have made a minced lamb and pea pie topped with mashed potato and ( for some reason) cheese.

Cheese is not an ingredient in Shepherds Pie.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I'm with you in that a shepherd herds sheep and therefore it needs lamb. But adding cheese to something does not invalidate the thing to which cheese is being added even if it's not a traditional ingredient. It's an upgrade. A burger isn't suddenly not a burger if you add cheese. It's a better burger. A burrito doesn't require cheese but it's better when smothered with queso. Etc.

Szechuan chicken wings. First real experience cooking with Szechuan peppercorns. Much stronger tingling than I remember from Szechuan cuisine in restaurants.
Those look good as hell. I've been meaning to make Korean fried chicken wings.

I'm sure a lot of folks will find this gross and I am weirdly bad at food pics for some reason, but this is smoked Cincinnati chili. Essentially just the recipe from the seasoning mix but I smoked the beef with s&p on mesquite for 90 minutes first. Also cooked it down to a thicker consistency than typical Cincy chili. We call it "dry" where I come from.

My advice is to half the sugar in this recipe. And of course, whenever we talk about chicken wings, I'll link the recipe that is the best I've ever made.
