Putting together my chili con queso... roasted poblano,jalapeño, onions sauteed down and some fresh fire roasted salsa cooked down to a paste.. half and half with corn starch, garlic powder, cumin.... Chihuahua and VELVEETA MOTHERFUCKERS

Time to join the party.
1 hour and 2 hour smoked cream cheese side by side, raspberry Chipotle sauce. Others liked the 2 hour more, I liked the 1 hour more. Peach hunks in the bge.
His and hers wings for the game last night.
Mine (left) simple S&P then grilled and dunked in a homemade buffalo sauce.
Hers were Korean fried wings with gochujang sauce. Easily the messiest wings I have ever eaten but damn they were great.

Pizza Stuffed Peppers and cream of mushroom soup.
The pizza stuffed peppers are a variation on the standard - Pizza spices and chopped onion in the meat and, I think, brick cheese, melted on top.
The cream of mushroom we really altered a recipe - swapped in cans of Campbells to use up pantry items, used a mix of fresh and frozen mushrooms. Happy with the outcome but hell if we’ll be able to replicate it.
boogercrack and ChicagoGuy talked about making daal in their insta pots recently and that inspired me. Easy, quick, delicious.
