Two Towns Cider started doing some hard seltzers. I don't like White Claw; they're way too sweet for me. These are pretty damn good, though.

With a beer license you can ferment sugar water, filter the shit out of it, and add flavorings. If you add spirits you need a distilling license and it's expensive as fuck.

Polar Orange Vanilla is still my favorite, but Wegman's brand Black Cherry Vanilla is coming for the crown
We stan Orange Vanilla in my house. For Wegman's we're big on the Blackberry Tangerine.
Noted for next Wegman's trip. They had way more flavors than I expected and haven't made a dent yet

My go to is Spindrift!!! So. Fucking. Good. Strawberry is my absolute favorite but the raspberry lime, half and half (Arnie Palmer without the sugar) and lemon are my other go to flavors.
