Seltzer/Sparkling Water Discussion

Anyone ever try to make their own La Croix? I think the essence is just hydrosol. I tried to make some hydrosol today and it seems like the right idea. If you have tried to make hydrosol or essential oils are the water distillers something that would make that much better of a product than simmering water in a pot and collecting the steam off the lid?

i drink plain LaCroix and own a Soda Stream so yes? But haven’t bothered much with flavors.

Love the plain flavored Soda Stream because I find the sparkling water helps with getting rid of the smell of the previous beer I had (think beer share). After watching some friends absolutely decimate La Croix over the weekend I wanted to make my own.

Sure. I don’t mind drinking plain and I like how it lifts and brings out the honey aromatics in some too-heavy meads.
