Figured out why Houston lost.
Dishon Jackson played at Washington State before Iowa State, so we saw a decent amount of him in the PAC. He is a very big, strong guy. Not really gonna pull his man outside, and not super vertically inclined either. Good, solid but not great player. Brings some toughness. Very different player from Pitt's tall skinny twins (are they gone?).
They're in the portal. So I suppose they could come back, but unlikely. Only 1 of our top 6 returning (Cam Corhen - also not vertically inclined
). I am in favor of NIL, but man it really sucks having a brand new team every year. It's just not the same.
