I was going to make the later since I have all the ingredients. The small bottles of pineapple juice I had in the pantry were best used by 6/2022. Whoops.

Searching the interwebs for cocktails with strawberry simple led me to the Grievous Angel.

Bumped the bourbon to 2oz. The lemon cuts the sweet just right and the sweet lowers the sour well. Will make again.
