Delicious looking but sloppy presentation
Been meaning to post in here for a while just to say that OceanOfMead was right about her view that 6 year old Black Agnes is the best. I had Batch 10 on its 6th birthday this month and it was fantastic. Also had Bramble batch 1 that was great as well. (Also 6 years old.)

What, too cold for mead slushees? I hope they brought the machine to the new space.
Machine was there, I just didn’t order any.
i'm glad it's still there b/c they are delicious. was there in the middle of summer, sweltering in that un-AC'ed wearhouse and that slushee was a lifesaver.
Can’t speak to the AC situation at the new spot but I can say that you drive through ungentrified Baltimore to get from their old spot to their new one. I like the combined space and look forward to coming back and that area is jam packed with gorgeous murals.
Schramm’s is having a massive year end blowout if anyone has money burning a hole in their pocket. Lots of nice things under $50.
Looks like Sugarbelt is going to be Friday night this year to make it easier on the folks doing both DLD and the meadfest. Happy to show people the splendor of Indiana on Saturday or field trip to FUCK farm or whatever.

Not sure when it opens to the non Mazer folks but Schramm’s is unloading a significant amount of their Estate stuff as “when it’s gone it’s gone.”
It looks like it needs to be picked up when you go to check out (maybe they still have in-state shipping). I was planning to pick up anyway.

Zymarium did something cool when they bottled Endless Boysenberry at the start of the year, they split off 50 bottles and dropped a fat vanilla bean in each. The vanilla is already coming through pretty decently, I've got one more bottle that I want to hold onto for a while for science.
I also popped into the taproom the other night to pick up an order and they had the Endless Black Currant with French toast treatment (vanilla, maple, cinnamon) on tap, which was outstanding.
And on the homebrew front, I bottled the other day about two cases of a creamsicle mead, which started as a big sweet trad with orange blossom honey before sitting on vanilla beans, orange zest, and Grand Marnier-soaked oak in secondary. Pretty happy with how this one turned out.

Berry White absolutely floored them and they wanted to take a bottle home. I warned my dad that it was a very expensive bottle, probably $60+. It was $80.... and he still bought it.
