Sounds like you need to be on a flight with my wife. She has a whole emergency kit that contains things like hot sauce, bitters, koozies, etc in addition to the usual emergency items. She has definitely fixed up a cocktail on the plane.

I mean technically disobeying any order from flight crew is a federal offense and also we have now reached such a societal breakdown that there are now “keep your hands to yourselves” announcements at the start of every flight. It should go without saying but don’t draw attention to yourself and don’t be obnoxious and no one will even notice.
I would be much more concerned about needing to use an airplane bathroom after consuming a Berg on a flight or in the airport just before flying.No thank you.
