The gf got it with her Verizon thing. The library doesn't really interest me much beyond Mandalorian and 4K Star Wars movies. I like Marvel, but don't have much desire to revisit any of the movies anytime soon. We did watch Willow, which for me was the first time in 25+ years. Forgot how dark it is.

Glad to see they got the Firestick thing resolved...shit, I might actually get it next month now and rewatch eps 1-8 leading up to The Rise of Skywalker.

VPN works well enough in Europe though, I typically watch Hulu and the US version of Netflix on a VPN, but HBO Now seems to have that locked down.

I'll probably sign up for Disney+ in the next week or so, solely for the Mandalorian to start and we'll see if I get into the other content

I purposefully avoided that angle as Americans never seem interested in paying the money for a reliable VPN. But yeah that usually works ok. I use ExpressVPN on both sides of the Atlantic.

Maybe a year or more ago I was on phone with them ironing out adding a newly purchased phone for my kid and they asked if I was interested in Unlimited. So I ask how much. She says hmmm well with your plans and 3 lines (don’t remember specifics) it would actually be $17 cheaper to have unlimited.


I was like dafuk. Yeah let’s go ahead and do that sweetheart.
