The BBQ and grilling thread including Big Green Eggs and everything else too

Had some friends over last weekend. My busiest day on the grills yet. The total output:
Smoke
2 racks of pork ribs - my best work but only 3rd time making them...did the standard 3-2-1
2 bricks of cream cheese - it was a hit
1 jar tomatillo salsa
Grill
1 medium sized tri tip
10ish corn cobs

Pls disregard the weeds and rotting fence. We're prioritizing!

Just to clarify it was a jar's worth of salsa. Easiest thing to make an oh so delicious.
1 lb of tomatoes or tomatillos
4 cloves garlic
1 jalapeño
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 red onion
Lime juice and salt to taste
Halve the veggies and smoke for 90 min at ~250 then blend
