Super dry, wine-like. Dusty cocoa. I'm amazed that this held up for 10 years. No sourness or off flavors.

With this, I am finally below 150 bottles of beer in my garage, which was my EOY goal. I'm revising it to <120 with a stretch of <100.

And with THIS, I am finally below 120 bottles, and ringing in 2.5 weeks of staycation. Can I drink or otherwise dispose of 20 more bottles by year's end? We will see.
