Phase three brewing

Minutiae 2024 - took a blend of five different stout recipes that were aged in bourbon barrels for between 21 and 40 months. The blend includes stouts aged in Elijah Craig, Wild Turkey, Willett, and the last cask remaining of perhaps our favorite group of casks we've ever used - a 15-year George Dickel Bourbon barrel that held a Munich Imperial Stout. The blend is also made up of about 20% imperial smoked stout we brewed nearly two years ago which offers amazing complexity to the overall blend with subtle smoke and a savory profile that works so well with all the vanilla and dark cocoa powder from the rest of the blend.
