After we empty some random bottles, I need to get another bottle of St. Germain.
About the same at Total Wine which is about 40 mins away. Anything local is $39-40.BE prepared. $34 at my grocery as of 22 minutes ago.

Apple and Maple is an unpunchable combo.I have a 375 of St Germain because I just don't use it much to warrant an entire bottle. I actually didn't even buy it for a cocktail but rather a food recipe. (No, I don't remember what that is.)
axeman9182 have you tried the apple pie liqueur with Malört? Alternatively, perhaps this (obviously in lieu of Spiced Pear)?
Anyway, in apple related news, I'm calling this the Leafer.
3 oz apple cider
1.5 oz rye I think (it was the last of my Willett)
0.5 oz BA maple syrup
Lemon
Maple sugar rim if you wanna be extra, but it really isn't necessary

You two are sunflowers. I thought of this. I don't think I'm being sarcastic for once. Not that I would ever doubt axeman9182 but I decided to run a test in my own lab, and I can confirm--it is really fuckin good.

Malort?I have a 375 of St Germain because I just don't use it much to warrant an entire bottle. I actually didn't even buy it for a cocktail but rather a food recipe. (No, I don't remember what that is.)

Not much, just a squeeze. Half of a half.Well, looks like I need more lemons so I can try a Sunflower again with an absinthe rinse.
Malort?

How much lemon in the Leafer though?

Someone here would probably disagree.Maybe the teku is just a lost vessel.
I'm looking for some advice. My group is doing a mezcal cocktail exchange this year. I want to make something that expresses smoke, sweetness, and spice.
I was thinking of mixing mezcal, orange liqueur, lime juice, habanero nectar.
1) does that combo sound like it's missing anything?
2) anyone have a recommended mezcal that brings smoke to the table?

Thanks to SAISON FUCK and holldy01 .
This one is Del Maguey La Vida, lime juice, habanero nectar, blue curaçao. I'm asking people to add a little fresh lime juice at serving for brightness.
It, uh, looks like shit. Pretty negative reactions to the photo. The next guy's barrel aged cocktail is going to have a black-ish tint with habanero contamination. I'm pretty happy.
I need a name. Was thinking, "Entre El Diablo y La Mar Azul Profundo," or "El Diablo Azúl," or "I Just Blue Myself."
