Mixed Drinks

As a downgrade from that last post....

But it's getting near margarita season, what's your go to bulk marg?

Our HEB (grocery store) bottles fresh lime juice in the produce department that's just cheat mode. Only lasts a couple days with no preservatives, sweeteners or anything but makes everything easy. My "imperial" margarita that fits perfectly into an ice filled mason jar for a shaker is 3oz espelon, 1.5oz lime, .75oz light agave nectar. Easy. Great. Summer.

I prefer the use of agave syrup, similar to you, vs Cointreau.

Going through old screen shots of cocktails and came across one that I finally have all the ingredients.

La Bateleur
2oz gin
3/4 oz Punt e Mes
1/2oz Strega
1/4oz Cynar
Dash ango

Recipe calls for it being strained in nick n nora but I need a rock to keep it cold. This is an interesting Negroni riff, adding the darker bitter with a lighter floral citrus mint. Flavor similar to Fernet, but different.

Looks at number of ingredients and ratio thereof
