I can’t remember what this was like fresh, but I opened this bottle a few days ago and it was bitter AF right out of the gate.

It rounded out rather well with some time and air

This flemish red type tome went great with my burger tonight and was a completely unique and surprising ghost.

Well, except when the server apologized that it was taking so long because the keg was foamy. “It’s alright. I know the ways of the ghost.”

Esprit Valdotèn: Mellow, good food beer. Not much if any acidity, Belgian blonde base, aged on wine must from Birrifico Aosta, Val d’Aoste.

Most explosive bottle I’ve ever opened, surprised I got this much. Should have known better, but at least I only had to hose off my backyard, and at least it’s confirmed to be delicious. Letting them settle many months before opening another
