I thought it was really good. Well seasoned and juicy. There's flavor to the meat. I'll have to try Red Hook Tavern and Minetta (which I haven't been to in probably 25 years) for comparison.
My favorite by a mile, but red hook was really good. Rolo's too.

I just came across my personalized chef's shirt and coupon for a free burger from the Kickstarter way back when I'm the TB days. I was always hoping for a chance to check it out but after my good college friend who lived in Chicago and was my built-in excuse to visit moved to LA, I never prioritized it. I sure have enjoyed watching the creations from afar in this thread.
