Ooo, whats the story with The Seed? Im in a "completely out of the loop" period, but it looks like they're in AC, NJ and I'll be going there soon...

Their specialty is saison, high mineral with low acidity. They also do lagers well, trained in double decoction methods by the crew at Schilling. And of couse, to keep the lights on, they have IPAs. Chill spot. Great vibe.I'm there now.
