Yeah, nah. I’ve always been a catch and release freshwater. I’ve kept bream/sunfish, catfish and trout, but it’s like 2-3 fish in 20 years.

Saltwater fish just taste so much better, and have a better variation of types of flavors and textures.
 
I can highly recommend a taco truck in Whitefish Point that sets up in the parking lot of a terrible brewery and has whitefish tacos.

Seems you’re a Jersey guy. Slightly off topic but…thoughts on your hometown boy, and future Super Bowl winning QB for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Kenny Pickett?
I had the opportunity to use a gif of one of my favorite Curb scenes - so I took it! Jersey guy who used to go to some of the Jersey/NYC bottle shares with some of the people from here and still lurk around a couple of the threads. Even went to Pitt law, but really haven't followed anything Pickett related.
 
I’ve got a pork butt that is going to be done earlier than anticipated.

Should I wrap in foil and just let it sit? Wrap in foil and put in a cooler? Don’t wrap at all?

I don’t have butcher paper
