Random Food Thoughts

So Fuhang Soy Milk is a hype breakfast spot and I took my boys there. I followed this guide, but also got some other items. Honestly, we did not understand the hot or cold soy milk. If you’ve had some sort of fake milk…well, that’s it. Not sure why someone would “enjoy” it. The savory one at least curdles and you put chili and pickled stuff in it. That tasted great and I finished it.

The youtiao, or long Chinese donut was simply amazing. Light and crispy…a banger. The scallion roll and radish roll were great. Rice ball was dense and quite filling, but needed to be doctored up. Flat bread with egg was the kids’ favorite, but that was basically for the egg.

The queue went fast and we had our food in less than 20 minutes.
