Pizza Pizza

I do not have room for a fancy pizza contraption. I use the good old regular oven. Also, since dough is in the "weigh and measure" food category like baking, fuck that. Thankfully, there is no shortage of good dough and pizza here so I am saved.

Anyway, this one has sautéed squash runners (leaves), julienned broccoli leaves, a little basil, and garlic chive flowers, which you can see better if you zoom.

I should have left this one in a couple more minutes since the mutz was pretty wet, but I was impatient and hungry. (The leftovers will cook up nicely if I bother to heat them up.) Chicken sausage, red basil, aji dulce and ichimi togarashi sprinkles.
