Phish Thread

My buddy was taking his 14 year old to their first show last night, so I listened along from home....absolutely sick show end-to-end....too many highlights to list them all, Caspian was great mid-fist set.

My one mistake was, as soon as the YEM vocal jam started, I turned it off and took the dog for a walk - missed Ghost.

The Gin ripcord was bad, but Ruby Waves more than made up for it.

Anyone going for tickets this morning? Wondering if they're going to pull the "dynamic pricing" BS. I'm thinking Seattle won't sell out, so if they do dynamic I'll just wait til closer to the show and get seats from CoT or god forbid stubhub.

I'm more concerned about Portland. One show, and it's a 4/20 Sunday show. Plus, they haven't played Portland since 1999. The venue is also a bit smaller than Seattle. I might go a little over face if they do dynamic pricing, but I'm absolutely not paying $200+ per ticket.

Anyway, good luck if you're braving ticketbastard today!

In the waiting room for Climate Pledge. I fully expect my boss to pop into my office at 9:59 despite my door being closed with a sign on it that says "in a meeting until 10:30." He never respects the sign.

How'd you do? I have sat floors in my cart but probably gonna pass since I doubt I'll be able to make it. Let me know if you want them

edit: meant to quote Beerologist

My buddy scored floors for Friday and I got sec. 121 for Saturday. Managed to avoid dynamic prices too. I looked at seats in section 3, which is where we sat for the shows in 2023, but 2 tix there would've been almost $600. Fuck that. 121 looks good though. Club level and more-or-less directly opposite the stage, so should have a nice view of the light show.

Also, my boss walked into my office at 10:03 :ROFLMAO:
