My son has the same hat. His daily go to for school. He's gotten a kick out of the commercial that has been playing with Ken Griffey Jr. in it as well.

I was wondering if we'd see a drop in quality since they were purchased by Lids.got my Ebbetts Knoxville Appalachians hat in the mail today!
bill is bent, there's a glue stain on the front and it's at least 1/4 size too small though i ordered the same size i always do.

i've bought 3 now since then. the first 2 were perfect. no issues.
this one was a wreck. came in the same box/packaging, which was not crushed, so it looks like they packed it with the glue on, bent and in the wrong size. very disappointing.

dashed off a quick email to their customer service just saying "disappointed that i had to eat $13 for no reason" thinking i was just speaking in to a void
got a reply today that they are refunding me the $13. very pleasantly surprised. well done, Ebbets.

PLOT TWIST:
Ebbets emails this morning to tell me the returned box was EMPTY!
i returned the hat in its original box, with tissue paper, return label and taped it shut like i was mummifying the box in packing tape. no way that the box somehow burst open, hat fell out and then the box spontaneously recombobulated on its own.
someone in the USPS chain jacked the hat!

Same. Bulls gave them away at a game back in December. The box set of all this years artist series hats are $175 at the team store and they don't sell them individually. Was really bummed. Don't want a single one of the other hats.
I checked eBay a few days ago and one had tons of bids, was already over $50, and still had days left in the auction. Not ideal to acquire one.
