Moving Heavy Stuff

Interesting perspective on missing a day and doing a restart on the week. I always just pick up where I left off as soon as possible.

Having an Oly class is pretty awesome. Im not gonna lie, id love to attend one some time but I can already envision the person running it telling me how to do the front rack position and then when then see me attempting it, telling me please for the love of god just leave before you break yourself.
I definitely don't have the same goals as you when it comes to lifting. I do it because it's exercise and I mostly enjoy it so I can do it consistently. I've tried running and I always stop because running is the fucking worst. So it's easier for me to just start my week with "Monday" regardless of the day and just repeat the week the next week.

As far as the class, honestly that's my biggest fear! Being told "holy shit what are you doing, how are your knees not dust" when I show how I squat is kind of scary to think about. But I really want to do the clean & press and the motion is so weird I don't want to teach myself. So here we are.
