That’s pretty much where I’ve been at, and now I’m looking to get rid of the display. So this beer has also just been in my basement for more than a decade. Still probably better than a closet ‘cellar’ thoughWe relegated our last bottles unopened to a display shelf.

The IST wasn't bad, thankfully. Not great, but certainly drinkable. I think it was finished as well, amongst a small group & a couple attendees had already dipped.
It was fun to revisit of course a big glass bottle is more fun than the 12oz cans that NEBCO packages the beer in these days That bottle was my last of the base, I still have 1 more BA IST with some years. But not as old as the 2010 from last Saturday.
Not a drain pour, worth consuming.
