Hot Dog sandwiches and related foolishness

Amusement park food is mostly terrible. However, these dogs at Universal Epic Universe were surprisingly pretty tits, especially for being the cheapest fare I’ve found so far.

A bulgogi dog with kimchi slaw, yuzu aoili and some other shit and an al pastor dog with grilled pineapple, pickled red onion salsa verde and jalapeno/micro cilantro.

I'd pay ten bucks for these in Houston, much less in an amusement park.

My favorite sausage shops never see to last long. Closing in just over a week (for almost the entire time Miskatonic Craft Kitchen has been open there has been street construction out front that seems to have impacted business).

Hungarian sausage topped with goulash and green onion crema. Like a high end chili dog.

Saw this on Reddit, had to share.

Checked out a hot dog spot near our house that does combos, flights and daily specials that came highly recommended. This is the fluffiest bun I have ever had that was not actually a lobster roll.

Fries are crispy fresh cuts. Good salting. The first dog we split is a chili cheese with Fritos.

This was a daily special that is their take on a classic Baltimore dog. We distributed the slaw before splitting. This was some seriously good pulled pork. Their sauce game is top notch. Slaw was fresh made in house and it shows. Would Boss Dawgz again.
