I started a post before the early games yesterday to say “good luck” to all in the playoffs and also thanks for all the help this year!
I was not favored at that time (and I benched McLaurin, doh), but I’m sitting here +16 with Wentz vs. Ertz, so barring something freaky, I should be good to fight another week. Thanks Jared Cook!

And it comes to an end....
I dropped Fant for my TE, as he just hadn’t been good and went hunting for points. He went big and my guy went small, that one stings.
Lamar had a sluggish day, fournette never got the ball from minshew, and prater missed a kick and only got a chance at 1 XP.
Lost by .4 points!
All in all I had fun, won the regular season, doubled my money but dang I had a good team.

LOL out loud!!! Didn't futz with my lineup last minute like I was doing all year. Just kept to my initial leanings of Minshew and Hodges in my dumb two QB league:
Garoppolo - 101 points
Trubisky - 74
Duck Hodges - 38
Minshew - 47
Didn't make that much of a real difference in my match up considering the other guy had Brees and Rivers along with having every other player on their roster put up the highest totals of their year.
Welp the jury has come back with their decision and it’s crazy because it’s the reason why I lost. The guy I played started Trubisky over Russ Wilson. Insane

Wow. That guy sounds like my exact opposite this year. I can see the logic if the guy was trying to decide between Trubisky vs. Wilson THIS week, but last week? Who the hell would have made that decision?
How is the top pick decided? I always seem to like just doing it randomly with a number generator a day or so before the draft.
I also heard an interesting take on fantasy playoffs. Not sure if it was just for the championship or not but the league combines this week and next week to determine the winner. I think it is kinda cool in that it in theory should give the "better" team a better chance to win. I don't have strong feelings on it either way but felt it was at least interesting.

only have Brieda not hurt on my bench...
on the waiver are Mostert, Washington (OAK), AJ Brown, Higbee, Laird, AP, Goedert, Hurst...
Plus, my QB are Wentz and Jones, while FA options are Lock, Fitz, Trubisky, Rivers...
I’m open to any/all suggestions

Based on his ramblings, having made the playoffs and then finishing high I’d be up near top. I have to play and win the next two games in the consolation rounds and can better my chances.
Based off our app though, I have first round pick due to my performance in regular season. Not really sure I caught on well enough from him to explain.
Or he’s full of shit. Which is super plausible.
regardless it does appear I’ll better my 5th pick from last year, and ill be able to get picks in the first three rounds before my keepers take some draft rounds.
For instance.... I’ll be giving up an 11th round pick... for Lamar Jackson, and a 10th round for... Russell Wilson, because I got them late in the draft, and they only move up 2 spots each year for me.

rivers might be getting his shit together. Lock could be a gamble, especially against the Chefs. Trubisky is a gamble but fuck... could do well. I’d toss in rivers and drop jones
