In honor of "Star Wars" Day, Nielsen has shared some insights into people's viewing habits around the beloved franchise

Andor #1 by total streaming minutes (not Episode IV). Attack of the Clones higher watch rate than Return of the Jedi and The Phantom Menace higher than Empire (I blame Gen Z).

Zero sequel films on the list at all.

Phantom Menace, fucking hell. Gen Z + bad parenting... a misguided friend told me how the first Star Wars movie they showed their kid was Phantom Menace... no words for such life decisions...

Been really enjoying it and the complexity of Maul. One of my favorite SW series; Andor is #1.

Live action SW is cooked with Filoni/Favreau at the helm. Relegate Filoni to animation and just let real filmmakers play in the sandbox with whatever ideas they've got. That's how you get shit like Andor.

Mandoverse is done after M&G and Ahsoka S2 anyways unless this movie somehow makes a billion dollars.

Can I just get my damn Thawn series? Those books rip and Lars Mikkelsen is great in that role. Only current SW novel series I've kept up on. You've got 8 books + the Heir to the Empire trilogy that you can pull stories out of on that one character.

With them moving back the timeline in the main part of Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland back to the OG trilogy era and replacing the walk-around characters with Vader, Leah, Han, Luke, (and Chewy, who was already there)... anything is possible.

The John Williams soundtrack being in that land now is insanity compared to what they had.

They're so going to try to do an Heir to the Empire trilogy after Ahsoka S2 now. If this thing opens under $100M Sebastian Stan will be getting a call on Monday.
