Recapped this for tomorrow. This was fine but like $40 after tax and tip, idk why I buy bottle logic apart from FOMO curiosity.

Yeah, nice to experiment, but maybe my worst Florence batch.

Agree. Great beer, “worst” Flo, which is all relative.
Unlike other bottles I’ve opened from this batch, this bottle not only gushed up also had a strong bubble gum flavor on the finish. I’ve never experienced that from an HF saison.
