I don't get out to bars often. I prefer to get drunk alone in my basement. Is that some sort of wine dispenser in the back? And that looks like a shit-ton of TVs.

It is a wine dispensing system. They are not all that uncommon these days at bars that want to serve a lot of wine by the glass. It minimizes oxidation once the bottle is opened.

I definitely saw one recently somewhere locally, but I can't remember where. That is pretty much how uncommon they are.

It's a wine dispenser like SAISON FUCK said. This place had 120 beers on draft and a bunch of tvs. Basically like a sports bar/draft house. Tons of killer stuff on draft too. As someone that worked in the beer industry, my first thought was wow that must suck to clean those lines.
