I really gotta do work overtime on drinking some cellar dwellers so I dont have to move them all next week.

Aldi Beervent calendar day 7.

10 year old bottle. Smells like lambic, tastes like.... lambic lite with a splash of over-steeped tea.

I had a bottle of this (same vintage) around St Patricks day a couple years ago and it was horrifically bitter to the extent I was afraid to drink it like it was tainted with chemicals or something. This bottle, however, is flipping amazing.
