I've posted about this place before, but there's a local deli called Bearwolf & the guy makes all his meats in-house. On Fridays he does a mystery sando. It's called the Do You Trust Me? It's not on their menu & they won't tell you what's on it. I usually can't make it there on Fridays but I'm off today so I went.
Very tender (really good) marinated roasted pork, kimchi, lightly pickled thin sliced cucumber, & apple sauce () on a sesame seed bun.
I heard him say he thought it was his weirdest one yet, but it worked. I probably wouldn't get it again if it was offered, but I'm not mad about it.

Hit up Q bakery for banh mi before rolling out to the Gorge yesterday. This is a Special Combination (which I believe is pâté and ham but don’t quote me on that). Great picnic dinner even if the best way to photo it was with a few bites taken out. Looked like a happening place to grab grad party rolls, too. And they had the largest bao I have ever seen.
