In all my years living, and drinking in NJ, no one I know has ever gone, been tempted to go, or considered purchasing their beer off the shelf. And yet they’ve all been around for a long time. That probably tells you something about the crowd they draw.

I don't even think I would tell Nathan to go tick at any of those places.

You could always check out Taphouse 15 in Wharton, which generally has a solid list (we get Messorem distro now? Okay), or maybe Autodidact on your way. That's in Morris Plains.

I went to all 3 of those places years ago. I would not send even an enemy to Jersey Girl or Man Skirt. Czig I remember having a gigantic space and a lot of different kinds of beers, but none of it being very good. Better than the other two for sure though.

Autodidact is pretty good. If you’re set on checking something out I’d stop there, as Stabby said.
