I just had a weird experience. Stopped at a local market for a quick sandwich out of the cooler. Got a cuban (it was mid) but the weird thing was it had pickle skins. Instead of normal spears or slices, the spears were hollowed/scooped out so only the skin was left. Is this a thing?

Just a killer combo from Benchwarmer Bagels new location in Raleigh. Their bagels used to have too much chew so biting into sandwhich caused fillings to slide out. That has been rectified.

Not at all, crispy shell and creamy inside like ALL falafel should be. I got to imagine adding sweet potato to the mix softened the texture as well.
