breakfast

Oh that looks amazing. My brother lives in Tepoztlan and I haven't yet made the trip (he's been there nearly a decade). This moves it up a bit higher on my travel priorities.
It’s quite the departure from Mexico City…vibe and food. Very calm during the week. There’s some really nice hiking around the area, several spas, two wonderful open air markets. The city is open container which was a little surprising…there are all these vendors selling micheladas and mojitos to go. Lots of good mezcal to be had. There’s a craft brewery run out of this dudes house but the beers are pretty rough.

Yes, please, hold the crickets.
We enjoyed our crickets on guacamole under candlelight instead. Don’t knock em til you try em.

Annapolis Pennsylvania Dutch Farmers Market is closed this week so I had to find some place else to get breakfast. This deli in the same shopping center is great. Resisted the urge to sample the babka muffin and just stuck with this breakfast sandwich on a salted maple bagel (points for originality), great chew. I think we will be back and I told my mom to come by and try it.
