That's not a terrible price. A friend of mine put out that UK reissue a few years ago which supposedly doesn't sound great and isn't much cheaper than that.
While we're on the subject I wonder how many of these $500 reel to reels actually get sold?

I missed the VG part. Yeah probably best to swerve it.My concern is that a VG ambient record is going to be more surface noise than music. If I want to go VG+, the cheapest option leaps to $125. I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve paid over $100 for a single item, so I’m very hesitant for a number of reasons.
Such a great performanceI was at a record store today, and there were a couple records that I just couldn’t pull the trigger on at $40. They’re supposedly the Rhino High Fidelity ones that were recorded from masters and blah blah blah. I need to snag Marquee Moon still, but not for $40.
I did think of kbuzz when I saw a Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs RSD “live at KEXP” album.
In my defense, I sold a pair of sneakers to finance these purchases.*stop going on Discogs, you'll buy everything*
*stop going on Discogs, you'll buy everything*
*stop going on Discogs, you'll buy everything*
*stop going on Discogs, you'll buy everything and your wife will beat your ass*
*seriously, stop going on Discogs, you'll buy everything*

which begs the question: how did you finance the sneaker purchase?
You see, I have a totally nonsense way of looking at money that defies logic.which begs the question: how did you finance the sneaker purchase?

Next move will probably be to sell a guitar, to be honest. He borrowed the money from himself based on his future sale of those records. Obviously.

And this, my friend, is why I do not manage our money.

Never did buy them. The Bipp twelve inch has a longer intro which I would have preferred. I suspect they may have edited down a couple of other tracks to fit as well.
Disco P Not sure I ever asked if you owned the singles. This sounds great. Curious if it sounds as good as the singles.
At that price I don't think I'd care whether the fix worked or not. Not too often you have even a chance to get a record that pricey for less than the cost of one banana. So - Has anyone ever tried to fix a warped record?
A highly reputable seller on Discogs has a copy of a record I really want. The lowest priced, good condition copy right now is $250, but this seller has a copy that is warped and they want $8 for it. They've been super transparent that in its current condition it's unplayable. I've read about methods for flattening them, and kinda think it's maybe worth a shot for less than 10 bucks?
