Agreed to just hit up a rando slice shop and keep movingin that case, ignore everything we've said. but seriously, places like Joe's will probably have lines unless you go off peak. They move fast though. Otherwise just check google reviews of pizza places you see as you go. There's plenty of solid slice shops that none of us have ever heard of. Or ask someone who looks like they might know. For instance, if you see a guy named Mario in overalls, that's a good person to ask.

Though Lucia of Soho and F&F Dumbo locations both should be minimal effort for a slice
R slice also has a location by Madison Square Garden/Penn station
I've heard Stretch Pizza (Wylie Dufresne's new restaurant) does slices as well now
Got my squares mixed up meant L&B Spumonithere's an F&F in dumbo now?

Last fall we got a cabin at Taconic state park for leaf peepin and this apple orchard was not far from Taconic state parkway: http://www.fishkillfarms.com/My plan was to go up Taconic State Pkwy and eventually migrate over because I think CT and central Mass are boring (though I may hit Treehouse Deerfield on the way back).
I'm trying not to go terribly off course because I'd like to hang at Schilling and enjoy Littleton during some daylight hours. But does anyone have recs between here and there?
The new Eckhart space is nice. Nine lagers and one IPA.I'll be around Oct 1-8. Any cool new spots to check out?
Most days are for movies on the UWS but that Friday-Sun is fairly open for hangouts.
