Strands: Another new NYT puzzle game

I understood the theme today, but I haven't watched any of these ever. I got there eventually without any clues.

I wonder if NYT has seen that people said this was too hard because the last three days have been pretty simple compared to the previous two weeks.

Finished January 28 puzzle with very little trouble a few beers deep after midnight.
