I had a long-ish post in the Fantome Facebook thingy the other day talking about how bad Fantome has been for the past two years or so. Initially, I alluded to the fact that Fantome's recent downturn corresponds relatively closely with this guy starting to help out. I thought better of saying that outright, so I cleaned it up a bit. But...
People that drank Tomes didn't want NEIPA or Huge Stouts. We also don't need to know the ingredients or that many details. That was part of the fun! But with all these new styles they are "exploring," posting too much info on the Facebook page, and the general awfulness of the beers over the past two years, you can count me out for the time being.
Really hope that magic can be found again.
I agree and that is is probably the worst thing that's happened as long as I've been drinking beer.
Spiked that Burning Sky w a little DMD ghost and the fruit juice from it pairs perfectly w that dry malt almost spicy character from the Burning Sky. Blend your old/new school tôms.

I’ve never been more happier in my life than I was yesterday walking into a beer store in Chicago, walking right past cases of $20 NEIPAs to a shelf with Blanchot and Cocoa Ambree bottles. Absolutely in love with the recent ‘Tome drop here in Chicago. I haven’t seen bottles on a shelf in YEARS!

Call your local liquor store to request SB stuff for your Kegerator and have them reach out to me. 'Tome's are (mostly) gone but other stuff will be available, usually.
