Fantasy Football

Herbert is a stud. The new coaching staff has no allegiance to Montgomery so I'm curious if they will give Herbert more work as he clearly seems to be the better RB at this point. I've got him everywhere I have bench space.
Yes, he is. I drafted him in the rookie draft in one of my dynasty leagues at 4.09 in a 5 round draft. And have added him wherever I can in all leagues.

Also, update: Kenny Walker III is active for this weekend.........

I'd keep and eye on Warren and Walker III, as well. Penny looked, fine, last night, but Walker could take over in the next few weeks.
Herbert also looked like the better back, too.
Najee is a 25yr old workhorse in his 2nd season with a propensity for nagging injuries. Warren is licking his chops.

Looks like Najee will probably be fine, but a name to remember if he goes down again this season if the injury is nagging him.

Personally, I'd handcuff Warren while he's still on waivers. Although, I'm not sure how deep your league is. Most of my leagues already had him rostered prior the pre-season. If you have room on your bench, grab him while you can.

Damn! How deep are these leagues you're playing in? He's owned in 1.4% of ESPN leagues (4% in Yahoo) as of right now. He's on the waiver wire of all three of my leagues. Two of which I'd consider fairly deep 12 team super flex leagues.

The only waiver claim I've put in is on Curtis Samuel in two of my three leagues. I've got 4 of 12 waiver priority in one and bid 4% of my FAB in the other.

What are you guys doing with Akers? I feel like he needs to hit the bench until he shows us something.
I (thankfully for now) only have him in one league. I always like to play RBs in the FLEX spots but benched him this week for Chase Claypool. They were giving Claypool jet sweeps and other gadget type stuff in game one so I'm taking a gamble. I'm also playing a guy that, after one week, has a pretty stacked team so I'm just taking some flyers on high ceiling guys. I don't think the Rams backfield is going to turn into a frisco situation but I'm staying away for now. Plus Henderson will inevitably get hurt at some point.

35 man roster with a taxi squad in 1 league , with 11 starters each week, and a 30 man roster and taxi in another, with 12 starters per week. 12 team leagues, superflex, dynasty. 5 round rookie draft each year. Trading assets for draft capital, and vice versa, is a lot of fun. Redraft leagues are fun, dynasty takes you down the rabbit hole.

Dillon all the way. Even if Julio can go.

Even if Godwin doesn’t play? What if Evans is still kind of touchy, they all missed practice this week, so I’m watching to see who can improve or not. If they miss and Julio can go, he’s got the nod, right?

Dillon was my other choice because I think GB hits the run to open up…. Something. Maybe throw to him more too.

Dillon was pretty good with a depleted WR crew. Even if Lazard is back I'd still defer to a RB over a banged up WR2 (at best) in Julio.
