Either way, I am bout to have a cup of something dried, bagged and steeped in hot water. Trader Joe’s Chrimson Blossom “Herbal Green Tea.” Is it herbal? Is it green tea? I don’t know. I tossed the box.
Happy Tuesday!

Any of you guys have recs for a good ginger tea?
Honestly I haven’t bought any in a while. We usually have fresh ginger root in the house so if I am feeling off I usually just add slices to whatever hot beverage I am making (other tea, lemon water, etc.)

It's a bit redundant with my post before but if someone asked me to get them Ginger Tea I'd buy both of these for the person and see how they hit:

Pretty dead over here but just got my first order from The Happy Mug that Coyote recommended in a previous life.

The Earl Grey is good. The apple cinnamon is OK but in the ingredients it lists "natural flavors" and some of that apple and vanilla notes are probably coming form somewhere not quite natural. Haven't busted open the Darjeeling yet.

My mom had been ordering from here and she got me a few tins for Christmas.

It's way more expensive than The Happy Mug and comparing at least both their Earl Greys, it's not worth double the price. Ginger Peach was good but not enough ginger. Might have to take OceanOfMead's suggestion and just get some fresh to add in. The Masala Chai is a banger though. Good by itself or with some milk and honey. I'm going to pick up the chai from happy Mug next time though to see if it's just as good.

Also, tea with mint can fuck directly off.

I drink mint tea that I grew myself to kill acid reflux that won’t otherwise quit. It really does work.

Shame to hear the flavored one was artificial or artificial-ish. I don't usually venture that way but I wouldn't have expected that. I do think that Earl Grey they have is really good, though, so glad you liked that!

It's still tasty. Might try some iced tea with it and see how it is. I bought a thing that has the insert to do that or cold brew.
