Iced Tea - The Pinnacle of Refreshment

I typically drink 3 or 4 per day. Usually nothing fancy. We have an iced tea maker that we will throw some plain Lipton bags into and then spice it up with a couple bags of some fruit or spiced tea.

If at a restaurant, I will keep drinking refills as long as they'll give them to me, and then I will take a massive piss when I get back to the house.

What are your iced tea habits?

I grow mint in the back yard to make this.

I’m sure it has other names but being around mennonites I’ve always heard it called meadow tea.

Ooh that sounds good - don't think I've ever tried it.

Mamaki tea is pretty popular here. Not a huge fan, but it'll do in a pinch.

I was going to post this exact thread.

I drink a ton of iced tea.
I've just about cut cola pop out of my diet and switched to tea. I typically start the day with 64 oz and then drink a couple bottles throughout the day. My go to right now during the week are the herbal biscus teas from Pureleaf.
On the weekends I do a few batches of loose leaf fresh brewed tea. Winco has an amazing selection.

We make sun tea year round, though it takes longer in the winter. Thanks to big windows and bae's persistence, we pretty much always have iced tea in the house.

I love iced tea. I used to drink it with sweet-n-low growing up but now I take it straight.

What kind of mint? Currently growing chocolate, spearmint, catnip and creeping charlie.

I only drink unsweetened iced tea. Back in my soda/pop/coke drinking days, I used to love sweet tea (and sweetened tea), but I don't drink soda anymore (actually used iced tea to kick that habit) and anything that sweet is just unbearable for me.
