Those tacos look banging. What’s the recipe?
Marinade is comprised of the usual suspects... Base of olive oil, cumin, one clove garlic, onion powder, salt, and most importantly the best chili powder you can find...I have this from a great little shop in the Old Port, Portland, ME...

Let the raw shrimp marinate for at least an hour... The longer the better.... Giggity...
Then I use fresh corn tortillas that I blacken in a cast iron skillet, lay down a base of sour cream or guacamole (or both), fresh chopped lettuce, onion, tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro... Then add some quality pico de gallo and the cooked shrimp and you're done...
Sounds more complicated than it really is, I prepped, cooked, and ate the damn things in about an hour and fifteen... Including the hour to marinate...
