Wine

Delicious juice. Funky geuze like depth and citrus/stone fruit notes that compliment each other so well.
This is such a great wine. Really the perfect one for folks who enjoy complex sour beers. My nitpick is that they are a bit pricey so it’s hard to sell it to someone who’s just getting curious about wine.

You are aware Giardino has done several beers with Cantillon. Doubtful we’ll never see them in the states.

Idk, $36 isn’t too bad when you consider the average price of lambic bottles stateside these days. The relative cost and easier hunt has mostly justified my switch to largely just drinking wine lately.

Indeed a shame most of us stateside won’t be able to try the Cantillon collabs. I’d go to Campania though, Antonio seems to enjoy hosting, per the CG Instagram.

I agree price isn’t bad for me, but for someone who isn’t committed to wine, I understand the hesitation. Admittedly, that bottle is north of $40 here and closer to $45 after tax.

I typically don’t buy lambic here because for the price I’d rather drink wine.

Stabby , do you carry this? Or know the distributor who does?
We don't carry it but if it's a Scuola wine, I could ask some people. You could also inquire with Riverview in JC, as Laura and Chris are well into the Italian natty wine world (she's from Marche and he's the owner of Maritime Republic, and the guy I'd ask anyway).

Thanks!

Since I know the distributor I'll check with the wine guys at my local and see what's up first.
