Picked these up from a new, and much needed, wine shop in the Jersey City Heights. This neighborhood has the most wonderful Colombian, Mexican. Dominican, Ecuadorian, Argentinian, etc food, with some amazing old school JC Italian joints scattered between. But there was nowhere to get good alcohol unless you went downtown... until now! Local friends, please visit Laura and Chris if you're in the area.

It's been a minute since I've had a good wine from Ribera del Duero. This one was a very nice, light, easy drinking tempranillo, with a bit more floral earthy flavors over the red fruits. As for the Christina, you might know by now that I love a good Gruner and this didn't disappoint. And the bottle was pretty, yada yada.
