The official Underberg thread

They're $1.33. Most places that I go to here are still $2. I've seen $3, but $5 is nuts.
I wouldn't even bring it up at $3. I've run into multiple places where they are $5 each. I've never bothered to ask the price of Underbergs but when I plan on buying for the table/group,.I'm going to have to start checking and doubling my tab for six Bergs is not something I really want to do.

They are $5 at Bierstadt. I usually bring my own, but was out when you were in town

I don't think the claim is the game itself, but the 45 rule. Though can verify...
That makes more sense. And I might have been on beer and bergs at that point

Another one I'm dubious about is the bartender at the Belltown A Pizza Mart claiming they sell the most Underberg of any bar in America.

But he also had an Underberg logo tattoo, so again, who am I to argue

Oh he has absolutely claimed inventing the game and the 45 rule directly to me.

On the topic of FTB, last time I was there a friend of his, who is a sales guy for a liquor distribution company, popped and we tasted an unreleased barrel aged Fireball. It was better than regular Fireball but the bar isn't exactly high there.
