My favorite meal ever is lemongrass beef noodle salad with a side of fresh rolls.

This is new to me. I love pho. I found a few places near me that serve bun bo hue. Must. Investigate. Soon.

one of my favorite meats is goat. but it's a rare buy because it's always served bone-in (at least the places i've been).
at the Indian joint i went to last the buffet included goat bone soup. just the broth with some small chopped vegetable. shoots to the top of the soup list for me. just outstanding flavor.

Today is Friday which means my favorite caribbean joint has smoked gouda, mushroom and bacon soup on. I was told we will be eating unhealthy the rest of the weekend and I should not have that plus jibarito for dinner.
