On day 9 in a row. Been mixing up doing different styles of rides (climb, speed intervals, power intervals, mixtures of all) just working on building stamina and work out some of the kinks in my legs. Output on a slow and steady climb.
Yeah if you're doing ok in zone 5, your zones are light. I can do one minute in zone 5 with zero issues, but after that it's heavy mouth breathing and heart rate starts to jump into the 140-150 range.I think I either went too easy on the FTP test or didn’t understand what I was doing, because 3 minutes in zone 5 is no problemo for me. Clearly a retake is in order.
Yeah, I missed my overall 30 min PR by two points. 476 is my best... Nearly passed out after this time ride last night though.Is that 474 in 30 min?
