New Music of 2023

In a similar vein there's a 15 year career review poll happening on PopJustice. I may have to finally listen to Tug of War.

Also the struggle of assigning that 11 is real. LOL

I haven’t spent as much time with that one but I adore the title track and I still like the album as a whole.

Lana Del Rey - Did You Know There's A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd (March 10th)

Title track off the new album. Sounds like all her other stuff but is quite nice.

This is the first LDR I’ve bought since her debut. Been a hell of a lot of artistic development over those 10 years. There’s a mountain of stuff to unpack in here. On target for a UK number one. Be interesting to see where it lands on the Billboard chart.

Georgia - Euphoric (July 28th)

The single is a bit like of a change of speed from the tops-off bangers on her debut. Produced by Rostam so definitely interested in hearing the album when it drops.

De Lux - What's Life (Idjut Boys dub mix)

De Lux had a couple of great summery tunes out last year. This is a super dubbed out remix of one of them by the same guys that did that deep bassy rolling mix of Len - Feel My Sunshine (there it is again) that I've posted before a few times.
