I’ve never been a Headflyer fan. Bauhaus is ok but it’s not usually something I would suggest, I prefer Utepils for similar styles but it’s a trek. Fair State and Falling Knife are great if you’re staying in Northeast Minneapolis. Modist downtown Minneapolis is also a good stop, they do all styles well and Bricksworth brewing across the street is another good stop and has good food. In St. Paul by the game Barrel Theory is great for hazy and stouts, Blackstack (same family owns bricksworth) as well. Xcel Energy center has Barrel Theory on tap.
Town Hall is pretty historically significant to the MN beer scene and still does a lot of great stuff. Surly, same boat although it’s a lot more corporate feeling.
